All insured items are covered by a physical damage reimbursement for any items that are either lost, stolen or damaged. We will pay you for the repair costs as quoted by a service repair center or the fair market value of the item. Just send us a photo or video showing the item prior to renting it out, and any supporting evidence you have which will justify your claim. This may be a receipt of your purchase price, other items of comparable condition on OfferUp, eBay, etc. FriendWithA will work with you to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
